Diagnosed with Renal Vascular Disease

Post by scottyb77 » Tue Mar 06, 2012 4:48 pm

I am a Desert Storm Vet and am just starting to be treated at the va. I recently found out that my left kidney is atrophied and i have a severe illiac stenosis in my right leg. I have been diagnosed with renal vascular disease. I have high blood pressure, depression, i have a lot of trouble sleeping without medication. Does anyone have similar illnesses that served and what do I need to do to get a disability rating through the va? I have started to see a va physciatrist and the first session he stated that I have major anxiety issues and he put me on temazepam to help me sleep. The nephrologist says that I have the vascular system of a 75 year old and I am 45. Can't help but think the vaccines, the pills, and the burning oil fields could have contributed to this! Thanks all!
