I did not notice this unit listed. I am also looking for members from this unit during desert storm to find out how they have been doing since their return. 8)

How about some more info on your 1st ID unit? There are several 1st ID unit soldiers here now.

Your Gulf War Unit: 4/1 Aviation 1ID B company Ft. Riley KS
I was in 4/1 AVN with B company blackhawk assualt unit. F co was the AVIM unit. I knew several Soldiers from that unit.

I was in 2nd Brigade up the hill from you all. We have another soldier who was at Division level here on the forums too although she disappears from time to time. Glad you made it. How is life these days? Have any medical issues from back in the sandbox? We'd also love to see any pics you may have from back then as well.

I realize this post is ancient but I was in this unit, F co 1 avn, in the maintenance platoon. Apache guy, under sgt muro, ssgt heath, sfc munoz. Still kickin.

I worked in the Motor Pool originaly. However I work in TOC on teh radio during the deployment...feel free to contact me..
