cbu's 411 and 415 to form Fleet hospital 5

These two units were on shore duty, and were actually deployed to Saudi Arabia before any of the active duty Battalions. Also these were the First combat units ever deployed with Two Female Lieutenants in charge of them.[/url]

I was a Seabee at FH5 and this is true.

Was assigned to FHSO before retiring and bought the equipment (CESE) for this hospital.

I was at Fleet Hospital Five (5) as a Builder First Class. Met my wife there...Ensign Hodges (Renee). We have been married ever since with 2 girls. Desert Shield and Storm turned out to be a very great part of my life. : )
