Your description is bang on target. We were there alongside you, and Bravo Troop. It was a long night with lots of shooting. When the ISU on my Bradley went down we defended our position from our Bradley hatches. My gunner and I had our NODs on, our M16s, 45s, and a box of grenades up top with us. I fired the 7.62 COAX by line of sight through my NODS from the Commanders hatch.
I remember hearing a couple of Iraqi PCs got around behind HHT and shot up the TOC. LT. Col Reese, and Major Hertling jumped in their Bradley's and went hunting.
