Thank for your reply redmaxx, I worked in armament and went around to inspect alot of small arms, mostly M.P. It is possible you and I have crossed paths, being we were in the same area at the same time. will keep in touch. Ed Bollinger

Don't know if we crossed paths or not in the desert, but we may have in Korea. I was in 1/15th FA at Stanley ... we had a 702 maint on Stanley, don't remember who or how big.

Where was F co?

Wonju it was ... '86 was a mean team spirit. We spent a lot of time in river beds, rice paddies, and even had a couple of arty positions on hill tops. We had M109A2, getting them up those mountain roads was a chore.

Hey John: I remember exactly who you are. If I remember right you had an electra glide and of course you were in Inspection. I was the one in, I believe it was 89, you found me a ride back to Ludendorff Kas during the motorcycle rally at Pattonville Airfield. I had to get back asap because I forgot I had to look at an apartment that Saturday and I got to drunk the night before. Have you gotten ahold of anybody else ? I have seen cw4 Whites name on classmates.com, but I'm not paying money to a web sight when there are free ones out there. I sighned up for this sight and facebook 2 months ago when I decided to try to grt ahold of our old unit and to tell you the truth there isn't a whole lot of info. Ludendorff Kass is an apartment complex now and our unit I believe may have went to southern USA somewhere I think . Well drop a line if you get time. SPC Ed Bollinger

The only other people I've seen since we,ve been back is Craig Wellert, and Sam Norman. Craig did live some where here around Ashland and Sam did live around Dayton. I can't seem to get a location on either one of them. I also remember our black female spc4 that worked in the orderly room, was also from my home town and I am trying to find her also, her nameI believe was Talor. Ed Bollinger

Served in Germany and Desert Storm with 586 Maint. Company. Patrick Schnieder passed away 4 or 5 years ago on Valentine's Day from a heart attack. Bud Tripplet lives in St. Louis, Ill. Jon Hayes from motor pool is still in Texas. I was in S & R , have lived in Colorado since landing home on Jan. 1, 1992. looking forward to hearing back and news about others.

Been trying to get a hold of Spc Paul Echols. We were good friends over there and seen a little of each other during the war. I was stationed at BMF with the 263rd MT Co. When I first went to Germany I had orders for the 586th Mt. But you guys were full with my MOS there so I was sent to the 263rd. The last I have heard he was still enlisted and stationed in NY somewhere.

Hey
I was with the 586th Maint co. in 1972-1975.
It doesn't help ya much but it does bring back memories.
You mentioned a Motorcycle rally? Did you ride with the Ghost Riders out of Stuttgart?
I am trying to get up with Ted Bush, Weasle,German, or any one else with the old Ghost Riders..
I hope you have luck getting up with your old comrades... I haven't had much luck..
Sorry to hear they turned the barracks into a housing community. Had many a fine time in Kornwestheim......
