Make sure to put a drain hole in the bottom, screen it over of course so the worms can't get out. Seen it done with bathtubs, but not a fridge ... it should work though.

I like fishin'. Been ocean fishing with my son a couple of times. I really liked that, but I don't have the stamina for it anymore.

You are right about getting busy one way or the other, I do what I can, when I can, how I can ... just can't do much at once.

Limitations are a real bummer most of the time.

With a fridge, ya don't need a hole in the bottom cuz the door will be closed and has a seal that goes around it. Works very well and is insulated to keep the temp relatively steady and the lid keeps out bugs, rain and varmits. Oh, and you can lock it to keep out a young'un too.

Doin' alright. Had a long aggravating day at the VA on Friday last week which put me in a pretty foul temprament for a few days.

The holidays are quickly approaching and everybody gets a few days off work ... mostly.

Sorry to hear about your visit to the VA. It is a shame how some things can set the mood for awhile. I hope it gets better. Some parts of the holidays I like but I am always glad when they are gone.

I'm with redish on this one. Who the fuck is this Jack David guy to demand information from us? i was a Combat Medic in the infantry and we took a bunch of casualties, but not once did we evacuate by chopper. Then again, I was a platoon line medic on a Bradley and our evac were the company M113 ambulances. But the Battalion Aid Stations may have had MEDEVAC.

Change the plot dude.

Just kinda rubbed me wrong is all. Research for the author is the key. That would let him know how wounded and killed during storm were evaced off the scene. I do know of one incident where our wounded were choppered out but it was only one time and it was a painful incident for me. Think I'll keep it mine.

We did a medivac also ... Iraqi shot in the neck and one of ours with blunt trauma to the chest. It was during a sandstorm and the pilot had one hell of a time locating us. We used a 203 illum round to guide him in.

medic side of the army i do not know about, Corpsman side of the front line I do, not that I would care to go sharing big details about it, but they would not fly a copterinto our spot one night since it was a "hot zone" and I had to have the marine loaded into a hummer and driven over 30 min to the rear, not a good thing to say the least.
