All doctors at the V.A. should go by the Code of Fed. Regulation 3.317 .

I have had over tweenty removed. I was able to get them services connected after a five year fight.

Was with the 24th Inf Div Discom.
When I first got out I went to the Milwaukee VA for a physical, was told there was nothing wrong with me.

Filed with the VA for cancer.2009
I have had a tumor in the upper right lung. collapsed the upper lung which then in turn, turned cancerous.
6 chemo series treatments and 31 days a radiation reduced the tumor and put the cancer in remission. Thank ya Lord..
VA said nope you were a smoker..
I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. still trying to get used to the mask... chronic COPD

I have degenerative disc disease in my spine. had 1 disc replaced two others cleaned up and scraped.(2006)
3 yrs later.
1 yr after the cancer. They have had to put titanium rods in my back. fused the whole lower back. (2010)
2 months later I had stomach problems, 10 days in hospital. diagnosed with diverticulitis.
Am going to file another claim with VA???
Some one said in the area We were in there was depleted uranium??
Does any one know of that?? Is there any way I can get info on that????
Please let me know or give me some ideas on where to go next.

I don't know if I can help but I may can post some ideas and thoughts. Try going to veterans benefits network. Google it. I am on my phone so I can't post the link. Do you have a service rep? Do you have a nexus letter for each of your claims? Don't give up
