The Gulf War Chronicles

Post by Motocross1 » Thu Mar 23, 2006 10:28 am

I recently purchased a The Gulf War Chronicles written by Richard Lowry. And I have to say it is the most in depth account of the persian gulf war I have ever read. It is not opinionate, except for what he was thought Saddam Hussein and his Military Officers were thinking, it states facts and clearly explains the acronyms and procedures of war.
You're the man Richard, you're the man.

I have seen it in Books-A-Million and I know Amazon.com has them too.

Redmaxx,

Both Borders and Walden have the book available, as does B&N. They may not have a copy on the shelf, but they can easily order a copy for you.

You can also order a copy from Amazon.com at a reduced price.

If you would like an autographed copy, I can personally sell you one, sign it and send it to you. It will cost a little more though - $20 for the book and $5 for shipping.

Redmaxx,

OOPS! In my last post, I was referring to my newest book, "Marines in the Garden of Eden."

"Gulf War Chronicles" is available at amazon.com and can be ordered at Barnes and Noble, but no brick and mortar book store carries it on their shelf.

The price of an autographed copy of GWC is different from MGE. An autographed copy of "Gulf War Chronicles" is as follows, $25 for hardcover, $20 for trade paperback. Shipping is the same - $5.

Sorry for the confusion.

Richard,

When we tried to order ours through B&N, they said they could not order it. We just ordered it from Amazon instead. Good read, I started and ended up stopping for saome reason but have picked iut back up and started reading it again. I plan to have it done within the week.
