The cure is called Winter Texans! It's what happens when all you ppl up north retire and decide to spend your winters in Texas. Which every year seems to start earlier than the last one! So speak kindly of Texas, you might end up living here someday. 8)

At least I'm far enough north that I'm not "in" Dallas. Lewisville's nice, but it doesn't quite have the atmosphere that SA has. :wink:

Texas is for the retirees not old enough for Florida. We got it bad here.

LOL, that does seem like the progression, huh? From Texas to Arizona to Florida. There are alot of military retirees around Virginia, too. I guess those are the ones who aren't too chicken shit for the cold.

Michigan has veteran plates. It has gotten out of a couple of speeding tickets :oops: . They charge you an extra $15 or so. It is a rip off but if it gets you out of a moving violation once I guess that it is worth it. I have one on my F-150 and my 500.
