Time to check in and let us know you're still above ground.

Dagger X-Ray still here. New VA Primary Care Physician who isn't worth a shit in my opinion. Did 1/8 of the physical the doc I had for last 13 year did.
New head shrink too. he changed my meds, said I wasn't on a therapuetic dose that would benifit me in any way and wonders how I went last 14 years without it ever being increased. He's also taking me off one of the other meds they had me on.

Been challenging my anxiety issues the last 3 months with several visits to the Orlando's Disney World parks.

* January - Magic Kingdom with the wife and kids. Arrived on the verge of a panic attack and once we got through the front gates, the crowd scattered like cockroaches when the light gets turned on. Rest of day as nowhere near as bad. Couple of anxious periods while waiting in those long ass waiting lines to get on certain rides the kids wanted me to go on but at the end of the day, I was good and happy I did it.

* February - Animal Kingdom with the wife and kids again. Same entrance as Magic Kingdom but assured myself it would all be ok once we were past the front gate and I was right. Had a great time since it was a pretty cold day and not a lot of people there.

* March - EPCOT with the wife and kids again. What a F#%ing mistake that was. Never considered the fact that it was Spring Break and the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival was going on too. I think the last time I saw that many people in one place, I was at an ACDC Concert at KSU just before we deployed to the desert. I took a pic at the front gate of the bajillion people waiting and emailed it to my VA Psycologist telling her what a mistake I thought I made. She couldn't reply due to some VA Mental Health "out of network" compliance issue but I knew she would assure me everything would be ok, to remember I was at a good place, a place to enjoy myself at, with my wife and children and to remember my self-talk. I lived but was very mentally drained by the time we left.

* April - we MAY try Disney's Hollywood Studios. I've been there before, maybe 10 years ago, so already have an idea of what to expect. It has lots of the older movie sets from when we were growing up (Star Wars, Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, etc). None of this current Hi-tech CGI crap you see on TV and in the movies these days so I don't think it'll be that busy, especially with the younger people of today.

NEXT !!!!

Redmaxx is above ground, I think.

VA is putting me on insulin, not very happy.
I completed my PTSD threapy in Jan 2015, shrink wants me to do it now for depression. He has upped my Paxil script.
Have VA furnished hearing aids (both ears).
I had a colonoscopy in January, no issues, it looks like IBS.

I need to put in for another service connected claim for the PTSD, hearing and IBS.
