I remember just before going through the berm, our cav scouts pulled a Bradley up onto the berm and using thermals and night vision scanned the area. They found a truck with a hot spot in it and a cable leading to a hole in the ground some 50m away and there wasa real hot spot in the ground. My Brigade commander had an M1 pull up onto the berm and put an HE round into both the truck and the hole. Truck went SKY high and the poor sucker in the hole was no more.
