This is like a 20 page document. Do you want me to send it to you so that you can store in on the servers for Desert-Storm.com and make a link for it? It will make for one obscenely long posting if I try to post it directly.

However you want to do it. i will most likely create another category to include all that info that will be locked to everyone except Scott and I.

More of an informational category/post.

I found a list on the internet but it doesn't break down all of the units in the Second COSCOM.

Then click to enter the site and go under articles to Sarin at root of Gulf War Syndrome

I was a CW3 CH47 pilot in DS and as you can imagine, in that short war I was all over that turdhole of a country. I started having symptoms before I even left the country and was on antibiotics. The Army docs said it was all in my head and I eventually lost a 14 year career because of continuing complications. About two years ago I got a letter admitting I was in the exposure area but unfortunately, I got angry and though the letter away. Now, when I recently contacted both the VA and DA, they both say no such letter was ever sent to anyone. I know this is a lie because I got one and it listed 2 separate dates in March in which soldiers were exposed. If anyone else got a letter I would be very, very grateful to get a copy. There has got to be someone out there that got the letter other than me. I lost a 14 year career because of the symptoms I had after that war and now the VA says I have no right to medical assistance based on anything that happened in the Gulf. Can anyone help?

Oh man Palvadore, you need to get in the VA and start filing. Especially since the deadline is coming. I got a letter years ago, somewhere around '96. It stated my unit had been exposed. I do not have it though. However, you may can still get in under Gulf War Illness. Good luck bro let us know how it goes and if any one on here can help. Lot of us on here have been and are in the middle of the VA's system.
