D-Day ... miraculous ... Rangers, Airborne, Beaches ... beyond imagination ... one uncle in the 29th ID, two others in the Navy; USS Mobile, and unknown ship ...

I hate war ... I hate those who create war ... I hate those who force war upon us ... I hate those who force their ideas and ambitions upon others ... I hate the idea that humanity is forced to war because of religion, politics, greed ...

Guess I'm in a bummer mood today ... Reading "Marines of Autumn" ... it's got me pretty pissed off!
