CIB orders for VII corps or 3rd ID

I would like to find the blanket order for 7th corps or 3rd ID awarding the COMBAT INFANTRY BADGE. Anyone know how to go about finding that info?

Hve you Googled it to see whats out there as far as info on it?

AND held an Infantry or SOF MOS only. That means my Commo puke self could not get one even though I was there in the thick of it too.

Same for us FA folks ... took direct and indirect enemy fire ... but not as infantry.

Too bad they didn't make the CAB retroactive
