Four years in the marines brought me to a few countries.

Okinawa six months in 90
Thailand "cobra gold" 90
Hong Kong
Saudi Arabia
Kuwait
Guam
Tonga
Samoa

1990-1991...Saudi Arabia, Kuwaitte
1991-1992...Okinawa
1992...Cuba, Curacao
also spent a night in Germany due to a problem with our plane on return from Desert Storm

kansas duty time

Hi. You mentioned that you served at Ft Riley during the time of Desert Storm. What part of post were you assigned to? My 5 year old son's father was a helicopter pilot/instructor at Marshall Field. He also served in Dessert Storm....then to Iraqi Freedom....where he was KIA on April 2, 2003. I'm still in Kansas; but no longer in Junction City...and ache to talk to people who were stationed there at the same time as Eric. I was midway down along the row of barracks, almost across from the dental clinic, the clothing store and one of the AAFES shoppettes but on the opposite side along the motorpools. I remember Junction City well, made many a weejend run to there to party a li'l bit bu tmost weekends it was up in Aggieville at KSU. Its been a long time, I am sure I would not recognize the place now.
