That was the one thing I was scared of happening when I got my pics taken at Khobar with the camels. I was so scared of getting a big ass camel loogie in the face, I know I would have prjectile vomitted back at him.

When we were getting ready to leave Saudi we were driving from KKMC to KFIA one of our 5 tons broke down. All the drivers were trying to fix it so all the assistant drivers went to see the camels that were laying on their side about 50 yards from tapline road. As we got to the first one it tried to bite my buddy so I picked up a 5 gallon pail that was on the ground by it and hit the camel over the head. I think that it was wierd that there was 4 or 5 camels that were left to die in the Desert. I just didn't want anyone to get bitten. I will see if I still have the photo of the camel.

Sorry guys... work had me locked off the 'net for awhile, and then military.com kept me hooked. Everytime I'd wander over here, it's the middle of the night and there's noone to play with.... but, I'll try to visit a little more. Now, where is that MP you sent after me? Was he single....?

I stayed there for the last week that I was in Saudi. We had to police the dump and collect all the side panels that were thrown away from the 5 tons and duece and a halfs. They wouldn't let us leave until the whole dump was cleaned up.

When you say the dump, do you mean the bomb dump....that's where I worked. it was on the other side of the flight line. The Deuce and a half's were cool, I loved the sound of the turbo. I got to drive one a few times, and I'd like to have one now....for parades.
