Doing good, almost want some of that -3C here in Florida. I only ask that you wait 6 months to send it when it is 32C here...or hotter.

R.I.P. brothers. It's been 22 years ago today. Seems like yesterday. I've thought of that day ever since.

salute!
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

After working his farm every day, an old farmer rarely had time to enjoy the large pond in the back that he had fixed up years earlier with picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and benches. So one evening he decided to go down and see how things were holding up. Much to his surprise, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee. As he came closer he saw it was a group of young women skinny dipping in his pond.
He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end. One of the women shouted to him, "We're not coming out until you leave."
The old farmer replied, "I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim or make you get out of the pond naked. I only came down to feed the alligator."

Moral: Old age and treachery will always triumph over youth and skill.

Hey guys, just checking in and posting this time. I lurk to see if any SPAM has made it in but its been clean for awhile.

I hope everyone is doing good, I have been attending an Anxiety group at the VA the last 2 months and have learned alot about the various things that trigger it and how to either avoid it or calm myself down before it gets out of hand. They offered us another PTSD group and many signed up and attended the 1st meeting and the guy leading it pretty much told us to sit and be quiet, this is not a group that you talk about your experiences or troubles, rather it is a group where I tell you all about PTSD. Most of us were like "give us a break dumbass, we already know how to recognize it and who to talk with about it." Most will not be going tomorrow to the 2nd meeting.

There are good groups out there bro. I learned another trigger for me the other day. Frikkin' flies man. God Almighty the flies in Saudi were AWFUL. Flies now buzzing around drive me nuts. In just a minute or so, I find myself way stressed.

Flies. Imagine that
