I never understood why my mom said that to me, "Always wear clean underwear just in case you get into an accident". it wouldn't matter because I probably would have messed myself as the accident happened anyway.

Stay off the homepage of desert-storm.com for awhile, I am getting multiple virus alerts from it. I have tried both at home and at work and getting same results each time. Stay off and save yourself the trouble. I have emailed Scott to look into it.

I haven't been much of a participant lately. I check every now and again to see what's up, that's about it. Hope everyone is as good as they can be.

Hope you're enjoying your time off.

I've been hangin' ... that's about it. Been bummin' pretty low for awhile now, can't seem to shake myself out of the rut and get moving. Just not interested in much.

This board sure has slowed down recently ... people getting tired of the same stuff or what?

I hope all goes well. I would sit down now and document everything you can think of and remember what has been out of the ordinary over the years. Got ringing in ur ears? rashes on legs? ache all over? think out of the ordinary box.

I hope this information isn't too late to do any good, but here is the protocol the VA is supposed to use for the gulf war exam:

http://www1.va.gov/gulfwar/docs/GWOIFHANDBOOK062007.pdf

It is perfectly legitimate on your part to demand that they follow their own rules in doing the exam.

I know they didn't follow this for me and I am still trying to get the phase II part of the exam done. The VA Hospital in Columbia, MO. doesn't seem to care much about the exam, nor do they present any desire to learn about it. I have to bring it to their attention and ask about it at every visit, and then I get simple, short, suggestive shrugs about why it isn't getting done.

Good luck to ya ... hope it goes better for you than it has for me.
