The gold sold in most of those shops was 21 karat Italian gold. I still have some pieces that I won't wear because it is so soft. Wish I had bought more when I was there..... The original issued Kuwait medals did cost $250 each. I was a Supply Sergeant and had to order them through the supply system...

Lorazepam works for me and I don't feel hung over in the morning, still only 5 hours sleep. I have also found that Yoga relaxes me to the point that I actually get a full nights sleep. Don't laugh there are guys in my class. Yoga is about getting the energy paths open and your body working correctly...
